books editorial linocut book contribution drawing and weapon as tool of expression created as a two color linoleum cut book this group work brings together individual contributions by each participant each producing an illustration as part of a shared edition my contribution explores the idea of reframing tools of expression and violence through the statement dont use a weapon as a pen use a pen as a weapon translating drawing into a position of intent and resistance printed in a3 format using a historic letterpress machine at korrex duesseldorf the edition consists of 40 copies produced in two print runs the project marks the moment between 11 pm and midnight as a symbolic start signal capturing the urgency routine and ritual of beginning work when action becomes unavoidable developed as a group project
